Marcus Woodring
Owner
Marcus is one of the owners of Elevation Heating and Cooling and is involved in the day-to-day operation of the company. He works closely with customers, employees, builders and commercial clients to help ensure every project receives the attention and service it deserves.
Stephen Pope
Owner
Stephen is one of the owners of Elevation Heating and Cooling and brings extensive HVAC experience to the company. He works alongside the team to support service, installation, new construction and commercial projects while helping maintain the quality standards Elevation is known for.
Tracy Hartman
Office Manager
Tracy helps keep the day-to-day operations of Elevation Heating and Cooling running smoothly. She supports scheduling, customer communication and office coordination to help ensure customers receive prompt, professional service from the first phone call through project completion.
Scott Wood
Field Manager
Scott helps oversee our field operations and works closely with our technicians and installers to maintain quality, organization and consistency on every job. He supports the team in the field and helps ensure our work meets the standards our customers expect.
