HVAC Problems Don’t Always Happen During Business Hours

Heating and cooling problems can happen at any time. Elevation Heating and Cooling offers after-hours emergency HVAC service for urgent heating and cooling issues throughout our service area.

If your system stops working unexpectedly or you are dealing with an issue that cannot reasonably wait until the next business day, our team is available to help determine the best next step.

When to Call for Emergency HVAC Service

After-hours service is intended for urgent HVAC problems that may affect your comfort, property or safety.

Examples may include:

Complete loss of heating during cold weather
Complete loss of cooling during extreme heat
Electrical burning smells coming from HVAC equipment
Water leaking from HVAC equipment and causing property damage
Systems repeatedly tripping breakers
Unusual noises indicating a major mechanical problem
HVAC equipment that will not shut off
Other urgent heating or cooling system failures

If you smell gas, see smoke, suspect carbon monoxide or believe there is an immediate safety hazard, leave the area and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider first.

After-Hours HVAC Repair

Our technicians can diagnose and repair many common heating and cooling problems after regular business hours.

Depending on the issue, equipment and availability of replacement parts, we will work to restore operation as quickly as possible or provide a temporary solution until permanent repairs can be completed.

We service all major brands of residential and commercial HVAC equipment.

What to Expect

When you contact Elevation Heating and Cooling for after-hours service, we will ask a few questions about the problem to better understand the urgency of the situation.

After-hours service may be subject to additional diagnostic or emergency service charges. Our team will explain applicable charges before dispatch whenever possible.
